SPDR Dow Jones International Real Estate is an open-end investment management company. The SPDR Dow Jones International Real Estate ETF (the “Fund”) seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index based upon the international real estate market. In seeking this objective, the Fund uses a sampling strategy. As of Sept 30 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $4,842,586,420 and $4,822,550,794, respectively.
