| PowerShares NASDAQ Internet Portfolio is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ Internet Index (the "Index"). The Index is designed to track the performance of United States-listed companies engaged in Internet-related businesses and that are listed on one of the United States stock exchanges. As of Apr 30 2013, the Fund's total assets were $66,902,810 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $66,900,176. The PNQI YTD return is shown above.
