| Bluegreen Vacations Holding is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is a vacation ownership company that markets and sells vacation ownership interests (VOIs) and manages resorts. Co.'s resort network includes 45 Club Resorts (resorts in which owners in the Bluegreen Vacation Club (Vacation Club) have the right to use most of the units in connection with their VOI ownership) and 23 Club Associate Resorts (resorts in which owners in the Vacation Club have the right to use only a number of units in connection with their VOI ownership). Co.'s resorts feature condominium-style accommodations with amenities such as kitchens, entertainment centers and in-room laundry appliances. The BVH YTD return is shown above.
